Once you sign in as a Warehouse Operator, click on “create new listing” and follow the steps on the screen.
Publishing a warehouse listing means that it become searchable on the Warehowz platform. Certain key information in your warehouse listing such a street address, business name, phone numbers etc. are masked until a client has actually sent you a formal project specification. When you publish a warehouse, you are telling clients about your facility and the services you can offer out of it. You are also estimating how much space you currently have available so that clients can see if it’s worth talking to you about their project. While you will not be held to your availability estimates, please do your best to keep these numbers up to date.

We align our incentives with our clients’ success. Warehowz only gets paid when our clients and warehouses are conducting transactions. Warehowz’s revenue is a small percentage of the transactions hosted by our platform. Our financial success is directly tied to fostering successful on-demand relationships that keep clients and warehouse operators coming back for more.
The warehouse is in control of generating and releasing invoices. Clients have 6 days to review released invoices and request revisions. After the review period, payment processor Stripe (link to stripe) will debit the client’s account and hold the money an additional 5 days. After the Stripe holding period the money is deposited directly into the warehouse bank account.
If you have a need for any amount of space, we are here to help.
